Tinned Tuna Ulathiyathu


Ingredients :

  1. Tinned tuna- 1 tin
  2. onion-1 (medium size)
  3. garlic -2 tsp
  4. ginger-1 tsp
  5. green chilly-1
  6. corriander leaves-1 stem
  7. curry leaves -4 leaves
  8. lime juice-1 tsp

Masala

  1. Garam masala-1/2 tsp
  2. chilly powder -1 tsp(I normally use paprika)
  3. pepper powder or crushed one-1/4 tsp
  4. perumjeerakam(whole)-1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. Saute ginger,garlic and green chilly
  2. Then add onion into it and saute
  3. Add masala into it and let oil to come out
  4. Drain water from tin and put tuna into this mxture.Don’t add salt, since tinned tuna will be salty.smash the tuna and mix well with the mixture.
  5. Add finely chopped coriander leaves ,curry leaves and lime juice into it and again mix well.
  6. Close it and let it cook for few more minutes.

I have come across a lot of blogs created by friends, but the best part is I havent seen anybody presenting their dishes so beautifully. Presentation is very important they say because a good looking dish always makes your mouth water :)....You excel in that.
