- Garam masala-1/2 tsp
- Chilly powder -1/2 tsp(i normally use paprika)
- pepper powder -1/4 tsp
- Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
- Salt -to taste
- Cut brinjal in lengthwise.
- Put brinjal in the hot oil then add salt and saute it.
- Add all masala into it and let it cook for few more minutes or till the oil to come out...
