Pineapple-Cucumber Pulissery!



Ingredients:
1.Cucumber-1
2.Pineapple-1/2
3.Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
4.Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
5.Green chillies - 2 no
6.Salt - As reqd
7.Grated coconut- 1 cup
8.Cumin seeds- 1 tsp
9.Coconut Oil - 2 tbsp
10.Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
11.Red Chillies- 3 nos
12.Curry Leaves - 1 stem
13.Yogurt/Curd - 2 cup



Method:
1.Cut the cucumber and pineapple into small pieces and boil in water along with turmericpowder,green chillies, chilly powder and salt.
2.Grind the coconut with the cumin seeds to a fine paste.
3.Once the ingredients in the pan is boiled add the ground paste into it.
4.Let it cook for few minutes .
5.Blend the yogurt and add this to the mixture .Keep it on low flame and stir continously.
6.Heat oil in a pan.
7.Add mustard seeds to splutter, add red chillies and curry leaves.
8.Add the above seasoning to the pulissery and mix well.

You can serve this bit sweet and yummy pulissery with rice.
