3.Green capsicum-1/2 (optional)
4.Onion -2 (meduim )
8.Meat masala-2 tsp
9.Chilly powder-1 tbs
10.Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
11.Bay leaves -2 leaves
12.Corriander leaves-1/2 cup(cut into small pieces)
1.Heat oil in a pan and saute ginger,garlic and green chilly.Then add chopped onion into it and saute till oion turn into golden brown.
2.Add ing 8,9,10,11 and salt into it.Wait till oil comes out.
3. Add chicken and mix well .Close the lid and let it cook(dont add water..bcoz this curry is a dried one).
4.Add chopped capsicums(chop into meduim size slices) and corriander leaves into and mix well.Again close the lid and let it cook for 5 mins.
5.Open the lid and keep the flame low.Leave it till the curry become dry...stir occassionaly...to get dry it will take 15-20 mins..Once the oil starts coming out from the gravy u can turn off the flame..means the capsicum chicken is ready!
I can promise u will get a taste and a different style dried chicken Gravy.Serve it with chappathi,Rice ,biriyani etc.
