1.Rice ada -1 cup
2.Milk - 4 cups
4.Ghee -3 tsp
5.Cardamon powder -1/2 tsp
6.Cashew nuts-2 tbs
1.Soak ada in hot water for 10 minutes and rinse them in cold water.
2.In a pressure cooker, add milk, ada and sugar and cook it on low flame for 20 minutes.
3.Switch off the stove and let it remain there until the pressure is gone.
3.Remove the lid, milk and ada turns to a light pink color.
4.Heat ghee in a pan and fry cashew nuts and raisins.
5.Add cardamon powder ,cashew nuts and raisins into the mixture.
Yummy Paal payasam is ready!
