Tandoori chicken

Ingredients:
  1. Chicken legs 6
  2. Yogurt 4 tbs
  3. Lemon juice 3tbs
  4. Oil 1tbs
  5. Tandoori masala 4tbs
  6. Chicken BBQ mix (use less for mild hot)

Method:
  1. Mix all the ingredients
  2. Coat chicken pieces with the marinate and set aside for over night (or few hrs) preferably in a refrigerator.
  3. Arrange the chicken pieces in a baking tray and place it in a pre-heated oven 375 F for 45 mins..Then place the tray under high setting of grill until lightly browned .
