3.Grated Coconut - 1/2 cup
6.Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
7.Curry leaves - As reqd
8.Cumin seeds-1/4 tsp
1.Grate Cabbage and carrot.
2.Splutter mustard,rice and red chilly in the oil.
3.Blend coconut and cumin seeds in a mixie
4.Add turmeric powder,grated cabbage and carrot,shallots, green chilly and salt.Drain the coconut milk from the blended coconut and add into it.Mix well and close the lid to let it cook.
5.Once it cooked add blened coconut and curry leaves.Mix well.
6.Keep it on low flame for few mins.
