2.Coconut milk-4 cup
4.Saffron-mixed into 2tsp coconut milk
7.Green chilly-3 (length wise)
1.Grate carrot and beans.
2.Boil cocnut milk and add rice green chilly and salt.Cook it.
3.Saute Beans and Carrot.
4.Add cooked rice and add saffron.let it cook till the milk become dry.
5.Saute Onion in ghee.
6.Fry cashews and raisins .
Take the Coconut rice in a serving plate and garnish with fried onion,cashews and raisins.U can decorate with shredded coconut.
